Since 2005, E/D/E employees have been improving the processes in the company with their ideas and suggestions.

With the Idea! concept, E/D/E has been successful in incorporating its employees into the process of corporate strengthening.

The Idea! idea management encourages them to actively cooperate in optimising work structures. E/D/E employees have the opportunity to submit suggestions for improvements and benefit financially from this. By the end of 2010, €30,000 had already been distributed for good ideas, along with countless prizes.

The concept was introduced at E/D/E in 2005 and has met with a great response since then. Over 440 ideas have been submitted to date, of which 81 have been implemented. Another 32 ideas are in the implementation phase.

The example of the optimised telephone directory shows that the implementation of good ideas contributes to strengthening the E/D/E. With the new version, employees receive even more detailed contact data of E/D/E member companies, contracted suppliers and their own colleagues.
