The quality of important services and working procedures within the E/D/E is assessed as being particularly high. This is the conclusion to which AGQS Qualitäts- und Umweltmanagement GmbH, Remscheid came. The independent institute of certification and monitoring of management systems confirmed this after inspecting the company's headquarters over several days. Within The E/D/E, the sectors of central processing regulation, logistics services, order processing, product matter data organisation, recruitment of personnel, catalogue production, service hotline, “Electronic Signature” invoicing service, central processing of bonuses and project management were inspected. This was also confirmed by Jörg Oppitz, head of the AGQS certifying body, “The quality management in the E/D/E is an outstanding example of high-quality corporate management.”

Since 1996, AGQS Qualitäts- und Umweltmanagement GmbH has carried out the appropriate consultations at the E/D/E every year. If all the requirements are fulfilled by the E/D/E, the certifying body confirms the implementation of DIN ISO 9001:2008.
