On 01. January 1998, ZEUS (Centre for purchase and service), as a subsidiary of E/D/E and EK Großeinkauf in Bielefeld, took up its work.

The 1.350 member companies of ZEUS are without exception independent firms, which see themselves as pleasant and consumer friendly local distributors.

ZEUS has the aim to optimize the market position of its members working in the construction, DIY and gardening areas as well as in the hardware and wood sector. They reach this by means of bulk purchase, analysis and planning of the locations as well as the effective marketing concepts.
