Central payment/EDI
Buying everything – in one central location, at negotiated top conditions – this is what E/D/E offers its member companies. Purchasing is possible directly from our contract suppliers via central payment by our wholly-owned subsidiary, ETRIS BANK. At any time and fully digitized – from the order confirmation to the invoice.
As one of the largest centralized settlement companies in Europe, E/D/E is the connecting element between the contract suppliers and the member companies. The aim of central payment is to ensure greater security and transparency for both sides, combined with a timely flow of documents and data.

The online ordering system is a closed order store for distributors without a direct connection to an ERP system and enables particularly simple and cost-efficient procurement from the E/D/E central warehouse.
Thanks to the new integration of the E/D/E procurement service and the expanded product selection with over 200,000 items (instead of the previous 86,000), you benefit from even more flexibility and choice. Ordering is convenient online – around the clock, 24/7 – and your goods will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours within Germany and the EU.


EDI ordering
You can connect electronically to our eLC via EDI and benefit from the advantages of standardized system communication.
As E/D/E, we support all common standard formats and communication protocols.

Our publications are industry-leading and not standardized. We produce over 2,000 publications a year in nine languages.
All publications can be viewed in the E/D/E catalog portal within the eLC store and the required items can be ordered directly.


Marketing portal
The E/D/E marketing portal provides our members with additional customizable marketing services easily and cost-effectively, from simple give-away items with individual branding, customizable campaign flyers and brochures for product promotions to digital offers such as social media posts, Google ads and email newsletters for more online visibility. Networking
Partnership, networking and exchange have always been the foundations of E/D/E. Industry meeting
The industry get-together is E/D/E’s annual communication platform for members and contract suppliers. The aim is intensive exchange in a pleasant atmosphere, compressed into two days. Unlike at traditional trade fairs, trading companies receive suppliers in meeting booths to present their services in an undisturbed and concentrated manner. Talks usually change every 30 minutes.
The industry get-together promotes discussions on conditions, innovation exchange, network building and the optimization of existing relationships. An online calendar makes planning easier and saves time, effort and travel costs.


MEET & CONNECT
Various types of event run under the Meet & Connect name, including our former marketplaces, i.e. small industry-specific trade fairs at which suppliers exhibit and are visited by members. However, other networking events that are not purely trade fairs or product exhibitions are also run under the Meet & Connect name.

A sales forum is an event platform that promotes personal exchange and networking between sales professionals. The E/D/E Business NETZWERK is a central dialog platform that networks Managing Directors, owners, managers, employees and the next generation of entrepreneurs.
In Erfa groups with over 150 participants, members meet twice a year for face-to-face events lasting several days to discuss current topics and strategic issues.

The partnership between E/D/E and Prewave enables national and international members of the Wuppertal buying association to use the innovative technology. Using just one application, they can access the necessary information from their supply chains easily, independently and transparently at any time. This significantly relieves Prewave users of the high administrative workload associated with the LkSG, while at the same time making it much easier to comply with legal requirements.

Customers demand that the goods they order are delivered as quickly as possible and to a wide variety of locations. That is why we are constantly improving the supply chain for our members. The aim is to reduce your storage and logistics costs and provide the best service for your customers.
Logistics Center eLC
At the heart of this is our electronic Logistics Centre (eLC) with access to over 500,000 items and over 350 million euros in warehouse turnover per year. More than 115,000 items are available immediately from over 73,000 square meters of warehouse space with 98 percent availability. Continuous expansion will further increase the current capacity of over 170,000 storage spaces here.
The E/D/E packaging machine improves the efficiency of our logistics, measures the necessary package sizes and thus saves packaging material, increases delivery reliability and prevents transport damage. An important contribution to end customer satisfaction.


24/48 hours delivery
We send up to 10,000 parcels a day from our eLC logistics center to 31 European countries, which equates to around 1.7 million parcels a year. We usually deliver to our members’ warehouses within 24 hours or directly to the end customer (48 hours within Europe). Single-item picking and last-minute ordering are examples of many other strong logistics services.


Building services warehouse
Our building services warehouse offers access to 120,000 items, 5,000 of which are directly in stock – we even send ceramic products by parcel post.


Hazardous goods warehouse
The hazardous goods warehouse with 6,000 pallet spaces and the automated small parts warehouse, which processes up to 1,500 order items per hour, round off the strong logistics offering. In this way, we make a significant contribution to reducing our members’ process and storage costs and to their customers’ satisfaction.


Small parts warehouse
The technical highlight of the tried-and-tested eLC is the high-performance automated small parts warehouse (AKL), which offers storage capacity for up to 71,500 containers across twelve aisles.


White label shipping
E/D/E ships the goods directly from the central warehouse in the name and branding of your company. This allows members to benefit from a professional logistics service without giving up their own brand.
