New impetus: another SHOPcloud360 hackathon in Jena

The SHOPcloud360 community is once again using a creative-collaborative format to work together on the digital future of the production connection trade (B2B): Around 60 participants are expected to attend another hackathon in Jena from February 18 to 20. At the headquarters of SHOPcloud360 technology partner Intershop, mixed teams of developers, designers and e-commerce experts from E/D/E and retailers will work together on a variety of exciting topics. The aim is to achieve tangible results through interdisciplinary collaboration and to provide new impetus for the further development of the store.

This hackathon focuses on the development of prototypes that are specifically tailored to the digital requirements of B2B. At the same time, the event offers space for new ideas from the community, the strengthening of the network and the positioning of SHOPcloud360 and E/D/E as drivers of digital transformation. Topics include:
– Optimization of search functions and product recommendations
– Development of analytics dashboards to measure customer success
– Prototypes for AI tools in the area of product configuration and digital internal service
– Expansion of the store with powerful e-procurement functionalities
– Improvements in the handling of product data and user experience
