Under the umbrella of the E/D/E Steel division (UNION Stahl-Handel), active and efficient medium-sized steel traders have come together.

There are good reasons for this strong merger: The structural changes in the steel market increasingly affect the SMEs and make a purchasing platform more and more necessary. At the moment, more than 140 member companies use the advantages of this merger for SME steel trade. The objective of the Steel-Trade Union is to promote and support its traders in technical and economic points of view in order to guarantee them a reinforcement of their company in competition in the long-term. This includes concentrating the steel requirements of members to fundamental suppliers in order to maintain long-term well-priced and efficient business relationships in partnerships.
