Cooperation with the Station Natur und Umwelt environmental education facility and schools in the region is an important component of E/D/E’s promotion of young people and its social commitment. The company also supports a series of secondary schools.

Ideas management
Since 2005, E/D/E colleagues have been improving the company with their suggestions for improvement. With their Idea! concept, the E/D/E has successfully managed to reward its employees for good ideas.
